Mature and over mature truffles found in Millthorpe last weekend, weekend of the 2nd May. All over mature this weekend and a couple too early. Time to get your dogs out and finish their training now. Don't forget to make sure they ar trained in obedience as well as scent.
Izzie the Beagle is working her own trees and found the first 2 mature truffles this year, she is just 14 months old. She started last year at 3 months old. So this year we will have 2 dogs running.
