   Hi one and all, it's time to start talking about the details of the 2009 AGM. At last years AGM it was announced to be in Tassie.
   Can we get an update on dates, location and content?
   Last years was particularly good owing to the variety of larger growers - hope we can keep up the representation from various groups.
   
   P.S. no sign of any association renewal notifications yet?

   Hi Andres and thanks for your reminder.
   
   The detail of the AGM is in hand and it will be another two day event on the Saturday and Sunday, 25 - 26 July In Launceston. Should have the preliminary detail on the website by the end of the month and will notify members by bulletin. There will be a strong focus on product quality and marketing, as well as the Association strategy, structure and fees. We need to be able to be able to work with R&D grants but most call for $ for $ contributions, which at this time we simply dont have. There will be workshop items and a field visit.
   
   We dont send out Association renewals and ask that members accept the PayPal receipt as aknowledgment of payment. The same applies for direct transfers. For those paying by cheque, we will acknowledge receipt.
