Register and pay for the AGM and Information day

To register and pay for each of the AGM and Information day on the Saturday 17 July and the Field Visit and Workshop on Sunday 18 July simply select which events you would like to attend (either the AGM only, the Field Visit & Workshop only, or both the AGM and the Field Visit/Workshop) and click the “Buy Now” button to pay online, selecting the number of people attending. The payment will be handled securely by PayPal and a receipt will be issued.

Book for the Truffle Dinner

To book for the dinner, Saturday 17 July, email Highland Heritage Restaurant, or ring Reservations directly on 02 6361 3054. Please note that full payment of $175.00 per person, for the dinner, is required at least one week prior to the event, but preferably at the time of booking. Members please note that numbers are limited to 110 guests and it will be open to the public, so do book early. The 2010 AGM Dinner Menu will be available soon.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available next door to the Club at the Templers Mill, phone 02 6362 5611, and other accommodation is available close by in the centre of Orange.

Payment Alternatives

Please note that the Association can only accept payment for the AGM and the Field Trip/Workshop, priced at $55 per person, per day. Payments for the Truffle Dinner must be made directly to the Highland Heritage Restaurant as described above.

To pay for the AGM or the Field Trip & Information Day, the Association prefers you pay online with PayPal as described above. Alternatively, you may use the following options:
