Australian Truffle Grower's Association

The International Specialised Skills Institute Inc. of Victoria, and Skills Victoria of the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development, funded a Fellowship for Noel Fitzpatrick to study the truffle industry in Europe. Noel, an Executive Committee member of the Association visited Italy, France and Spain in late 2008 during the truffle season and has kindly shared his report with us.
